The building

THE NINES is a premium five-star hotel on the coast at Ayia Napa, built around intelligent room automation and energy-efficient climate management. The hotel runs a centralized Guest Room Management System from ROOMIO, integrated with Inspinia Mini Servers to manage more than 200 VRF indoor units across the property.

The problem

Standalone room automation and conventional HVAC control are not enough at this scale. A five-star hotel has to hold room conditions consistently while cutting both operational overhead and wasted energy.
